The police referred Monji to World Hope International Liberia, where staff provided her with counseling and helped her to track down her family. In September of 2009, Monji was given a resettlement package and successfully reunited with her parents.

The goal of the training is to provide trainees with tools to effectively judiciate and prosecute a human trafficking case, a feat that has not yet been accomplished in the country since the passage of the Anti-Trafficking legislation some 5 years ago.
