There are 220 students in the primary schools we support here. Before these schools existed, young children were faced with the decision of walking 5+ miles to school every day, or to not go at all.
The Schools of Hope serve the immediate community and bring peace of mind to the parents, who can walk their young children to school themselves.
The programs here are in great demand–with schools often becoming a hub of activity even after school hours and on weekends, providing the church next door with many ministry opportunities.
Many Sunday worship services are now filled with young people eager to learn more.
