The Land of the Himalayas, Nepal features some of the world’s most breathtaking scenery. Far below Mt. Everest however millions of Nepalese are struggling to survive.

HFC’s work here in Nepal grew out of our burgeoning work in India. A pastor working with our India HFC program shared his burden with us about hundreds of homeless children he had met in Nepal who were living in horrific conditions. Without proper food, shelter, water or supervision, he was concerned they would soon die if someone didn’t intervene.

The pastor and our kids in India started fasting and praying together for the children in Nepal, and soon thereafter God opened a door for us to start a work to help the children in need.
